Revert "moved SkSL BoolLiteral data into IRNode"

This reverts commit a05d27b170.

Reason for revert: Google3 roll,

third_party/skia/HEAD/src/sksl/SkSLTestRehydrator.cpp:311:15: error: no type named 'Dehydrator' in namespace 'SkSL'
        SkSL::Dehydrator dehydrator;
