4144b8abb4 Added preliminary SkSL Metal compute shader support
This adds mostly-functional compute shader output to SkSL. This does not
add overall compute shader support to Skia; it still needs to be
integrated into the Skia pipeline before it is possible to actually use
compute shaders in practice.

69fecd6c2d Add SkCapabilities object
This describes the capabilities of a particular Skia rendering context
(GPU context, or the CPU backend). At the moment, it only contains the
supported SkSL version (with a new enum added to specify the current
value as "100" and a new ES3 value as "300".

SkCapabilities can not be retrieved from an SkCanvas - the client must
have a concrete way of knowing what their destination device that will
do the actual rendering is (GrCaps or SkSurface).

This CL doesn't make use of the SkCapabilities yet, that's coming in
follow-up CLs that alter the SkSL compiler and SkRuntimeEffect API.

59c906795c Remove InlineMarker IR node.
This node was only used to detect recursion while inlining. We no longer
need to do this, because we disallow recursion in all programs.

The removal of one IRNode per inlined function actually allows for
slightly more aggressive inlining, since we restrict inlining based on
IRNode consumption. This allows the "ExponentialGrowth" tests to inline
a bit more deeply than before.

196b172650 [sksl] Make sksl tracing optional
This removes the required dependency on our JSON code. In the Bazel
rules, this dependency is pushed down into sksl instead of required
by the cc_binary rules.

It adds a stub version of SkVMDebugTrace.cpp and removes
SkVMDebugTracePlayer unless the appropriate GN or Bazel flag
is set (skia_enable_sksl_tracing and enable_sksl_tracing,
respectively). There was an existing #define that CanvasKit
used (CK_INCLUDE_SKSL_TRACE) and this was changed to
SKSL_ENABLE_TRACING.

Users of //:skia_core no longer need to specify a JSON dep,
if sksl needs it (e.g. for tracing), then it will specify
the dependency.

3f5184cfa6 Added an SkSL Operator enum
SkSL::Operator was previously just a thin wrapper around Token::Kind and
everything was therefore written in terms of Token. Since Token is not
accessible from include/ (and we don't want it to be), this creates an
actual Operator enum and eliminates the dependence on Token. This will
enable followup changes to reference Operator from within the DSL
include files.

5ef3f98ead Do some renaming of "intrinsic" throughout SkSL
Trying to land on more consistent terminology:
- builtin: Any symbol or program element that's declared in the one of
           the modules/pre-includes.
- intrinsic: The specific functions that are declared, but not defined
in the modules. These are implemented by the generators.
- builtin functions: Use this to refer to functions that are both
declared and defined in the modules. (eg unpremul)

Note that Module is still a term, and that may go away as well. This was
focused on reducing overloaded terminology around the elements
themselves (and not referring to things like "unpremul" as an intrinsic,
in the case of "referencedIntrinsics").

873a39ebd1 Remove newly-added SkSL::DebugTrace base class.
Slight rework of the SkRuntimeEffect trace design means we won't expose
any debug-trace class at the public level, so an interface base class
doesn't add value after all.

dfc7f31bd1 Create a public base class for debug traces.
SkRuntimeEffect needs an API for generating debug traces. This means
that we will need references to debug traces inside a public header.
Rather than reference SkVMDebugInfo directly, we now have a simpler
base class for debug traces. This is better suited to landing in
include/.

I've also renamed SkVMDebugInfo to SkVMDebugTrace for consistency, since
it now contains all the trace data. (When it was first added, it only
had the slot info.)

This allows us to dump a trace to disk and read it back in again later.
This uses JSON to ensure a debug trace will stay readable across

ab0a13d9d9 Removed the final remnants of IRGenerator
This completes the long process of moving all of IRGenerator's code and
data into better homes and finally kills the class altogether. There is
a lot of #include churn here due to poor header hygiene in the past;
IRGenerator.h included a ton of stuff and almost everything included
IRGenerator, allowing us to inadvertently be sloppy with our includes.

c845272b4e Broke DSLWriter into two separate classes
As DSLWriter evolved, it ended up performing two unrelated duties:

1. Holding per-thread state which is referenced throughout SkSL
   (including non-DSL code)
2. DSL-specific utility functions

There's no reason for those to be contained in the same class, and
there's also no reason the per-thread state should be held in a
DSL-specific class. This breaks out an SkSL::ThreadContext class to hold
the state info, leaving the DSL utility functions behind in DSLWriter
(which should perhaps be renamed, but that's a job for a future CL).
