6cd74900da Add support for Ycbcr Conversion Samplers in vulkan.
The only thing missing from this CL is that we need to bake the
ycbcr conversion samplers into the VkPipeline when we create it. As that
is a larger change, that will be broken up into a few follow on CLs.

Currently this only supports ycbcr conversion samplers when used with
external textures.

e6dfe8e6f8 Set mac windows to their current size.
The initially requested size may be too big so the actual window size
may end up smaller than requested. When resetting the window to the
initial size, use the actual initial size. Otherwise those with small
screens will end up with the origin in the wrong place until resizing
the window.

cb6bef0ad5 Update bookmaker
- This update includes font documentation.
SkFont_Reference.bmh was generated by running:

  bookmaker -b docs -i include/core/SkFont.h -t

This creates a placeholder
for examples and additional documentation.

- More work done to exclude experimental/private
symbols.

Symbols that include "experimental_", "legacy_",
"private_", "temporary_", "deprecated_" as part
of their name (case-insensitive) are not
referenced by the on-line docs and don't need
comments.

Tables built for online only include public symbols.

- Better links for constructors, destructors, operators
- Fixed some minor public interfaces
- Removed _const crutch on operators
- Keep includes inside 100 columns

03115dc284 Remove xform canvas mode from Viewer, simplify color management
There are now three modes: Legacy, and Color Managed 8888 or F16. Rules
about transfer functions are gone, so allow changing gamma in either
color managed mode.

To keep things much simpler, we always construct the window surface in
legacy mode, and draw offscreen whenever we're doing any color
management. This lets us avoid re-creating the window surface when
cycling modes, and avoid making re-tagged copies when pushing color
managed images to the window surface.

This should allow clients to include Skia and their vulkan files in any
order. However, it does require that when clients are building their
files that include skia with vulkan, they must have vulkan/vulkan_core.h
on their include path somewhere.

fd32e724d6 bookmaker error handling
Bookmaker will generate instructions on how to
fix detected errors in a few cases:
- if class function is missing description
- if global function is missing description
- if function parameters don't match doxygen
- if function parameters don't match bmh

(The last case above won't happen if bmh #Method
uses #Populate to retrieve parameter descriptions
from the include.)

Adding this revealed that globals weren't always
accounted for in bookmaker's cross-check; fix
that as well.

abaffd85ab bookmaker does deprecated
Bookmaker does not require documentation for public symbols
described as "deprecated", "private", or "experimental".
Adding one of these words (case-insensitive) to the symbol
description in the include file tells bookmaker that the bmh file
should not include documentation, and the generated markdown
should omit it in its indices and descriptions.

Symbols marked as "to be deprecated" or "may be deprecated"
are still regarded as public and documented.

Private notes in the includes that start with TODO: are
omitted as well.

This CL updated generated includes to describe its symbols
accordingly. The includes will be fully regenerated in a future
CL. The corresponding documentation has been deleted from the
bmh files, and the web markup has been regenerated.

77b3f3aeee Check every word in docs
This enables checking all text to see if it
either represents a valid reference or is a
word in docs/spelling.txt . Expressions are
checked for validity as well.

There are a few shortcuts (marked with TODO):
- typedefs aren't resolved, so cheats are
added for SkVector and SkIVector.
- operator overload detection is incomplete
- constructor detection is incomplete
- formula definitions aren't detected

Found and fixed a bunch of spelling, usage,
and incorrect or obsolete references.

A few comment changes are needed in
include/core to get this to work, mostly
centered around recent SkPaint/SkFont edits.

348a037297 Change mechanism that lets GrRenderTargetContext caller get op list ID.
Previously we relied on GrRenderTargetOpList returning an ID if and only
if it did not merge the op. Upcoming changes to GrRenderTargetOpList will
make it harder to track whether the op was merged.

Only CCPR (and related unit test) requires the op list ID. Now CCPR passes
a callback that is called when the op list is deterimined but before
we know if the op merges or not.

f2526331b4 move SFDot6 inverse table into SkAnalyticEdge
The 8K table in SkFDot6Constants.cpp is only used by SkAnalyticEdge and
its unit test, so to help LTO trim this when SkAnalyticEdge isn't used,
move it to SkAnalyticEdge.cpp and delete the unit test. (I suspect the
table is never going to change.)

I've also moved setLine() out-of-line into SkAnalyticEdge.cpp to make
this work, and done a little bit of refactoring and renaming.

4429a4f82c re-precate SkMatrix44::SkMatrix44()
It's been driving me nuts that I can't just write `SkMatrix44 m;`,
and I often don't care whether it's initialized or not. The default
identity constructor would be nice to use, but it's deprecated.

By tagging this constructor deprecated, we're only hurting ourselves;
our big clients disable warnings about deprecated routines and use it
freely.

A quick tally in Skia shows we mostly use the uninitialized constructor,
but sometimes the identity constructor, and there is a spread of all
three in Chromium. So I've left the two explicit calls available.

I switched a bunch of calls in Skia to use the less verbose constructor
where it was clear that it didn't matter if the matrix was initialized.
Literally zero of the kUninitialized constructor calls looked important
for performance, so the only place I've kept is its lone unit test.

A few places read clearer with an explicit "identity" to read.

2be81cf973 Condense embedded formulas.
Bookmaker delimits formulas and equations to allow
representing variables and symbols without tripping
up reference lookup, spell checking, and comment
generation.

Before, formulas were represented with:
some text
#Formula
(x + y, 0)
##
, and more text

This made it difficult to know when spacing should
be preserved before and after the formula. Now,
formulas are represented with:
some text #Formula # (x + y, 0) ##, and more text

The presence or absence of a space between ## and ,
is now significant (before it was not).

Also, formulas are bracketed by <code> in markdown
generation, so that variables stand out better.
See:
https://skia.org/user/api/SkBlendMode_Reference?cl=152781#Dst_Out
for an example.

Also fixed 100 column offenders and added a code
check to identify them. For the moment, 100 column
offenders are outed with SkDebugf but their presence
does not cause bookmaker to fail.

5de5233463 remove scaling from pathops
PathOps added a cheat some time ago to reduce
fuzzer bugs by scaling down very large paths,
with the hope that it would make the math more
sane.

This had the side-effect of causing small edges
to disappear altogether if the bounds is large
enough.

Removing the scaling causes a single regression to
one fuzz-generated bug. That path succeeeded with
scale by eliminating the troublesome tiny contour.

Eliminating the scale may fix the CCPR-related bug
discovered by Flutter, or at least uncover the next
bug.

I would expect more fuzzer bugs to appear with
this change; paths with large and small values will
no longer have the small values removed.

82999c037e Add docker-based infrastructure for Gold/lottie-web integration
This adds 2 docker containers (based on the ones used for PathKit
added in https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/147042)
which bundle Chrome and puppeteer to allow the lottiecap.js
to be run anywhere.

This adds a recipe (test_lottie_web.py) to drive the docker
container and do a little bit of set-up (and a few docs/bug
fixes discovered in the test_pathkit.py that it was based on).

Additionally, this modifies lottiecap.js to support POSTing
output to a running go server (again, the same as PathKit)
which has the image data hashed and the metadata added to
a large JSON output.

This re-works driver.html to avoid re-loading the JSON object
25 times. The performance boost is important because, right now,
the lottie files are processed individually.

In a future CL, I want to address the two TODOs in
lottie-web-aggregator.go

ea2a6323bc fix pathops unsortable angles
Pathops determines which edges are kept and discarded
by sorting intersections counterclockwise. An edge
may be unsortable if it is too close to a neighbor to
clearly be on its left or right.

If a pair of lines is unsortable, they are probably
nearly coincident, but just far enough apart to escape
the coincident test.

The current code correctly marks the lines as unsortable,
but returned a guess at the sorting order anyway. Instead,
preserve the unsorted-ness (unsorted mess?) and let
the decision of what to keep defer til later.

This triggered a couple of asserts that needed rewriting
or disabling, but fixes the bug in question and does not
regress the extended tests in debug or release.

Also, fix a debugging routine that bit-rotted.
