7571f9e490 Replace 'typedef xxxxx INHERITED' with 'using INHERITED = xxxx;'.
Mechanically updated via Xcode "Replace Regular Expression":

  typedef (.*) INHERITED;
    -->
  using INHERITED = $1;

The ClangTidy approach generated an even larger CL which would have
required a significant amount of hand-tweaking to be usable.

c0bd9f9fe5 rewrite includes to not need so much -Ifoo
Current strategy: everything from the top

Things to look at first are the manual changes:

   - added tools/rewrite_includes.py
   - removed -Idirectives from BUILD.gn
   - various compile.sh simplifications
   - tweak tools/embed_resources.py
   - update gn/find_headers.py to write paths from the top
   - update gn/gn_to_bp.py SkUserConfig.h layout
     so that #include "include/config/SkUserConfig.h" always
     gets the header we want.

0fb1ee98cf replace SkNVRefCnt with SkRefCnt
SkNVRefCnt trades a small amount of code size (vtable) and runtime
(vptr) memory usage for a larger amount of code size (templating). It
was written back in a time when all we were really thinking about was
runtime memory usage, so I'm curious to see where performance, code
size, and memory usage all move if it's removed.

Looking at the types I've changed here, my guess is that performance and
memory usage will be basically unchanged, and that code size will drop a
bit. Nothing else it's nicer to have only one ref-counting base class.

All of the values returned are already sk_sp, so this just updates the

SK_IGNORE_SKIMAGE_ONREFENCODED_CHANGE so that Chromium can be updated.

e1d6ff172e Class delete call unsized delete when size not known.
Some classes directly call global operator new to reserve space in
addition to the space the class will occupy. These clases must be
deleted with the unsized global operator new. If a build is configured
such that sized global operator new is called from a delete expression,
this must be overridden by such classes.

b47cd4b3d6 Use SkNVRefCnt for a couple common types.
These types are ref-counted, but don't otherwise need a vtable.
This makes them good candidates for SkNVRefCnt.

Destruction can be a little more direct, and if nothing else,
sizeof(T) will get a little smaller by dropping the vptr.

148ec59001 Require SK_DECLARE_STATIC_LAZY_PTR is used in global scope.
Function- or method- local scope isn't threadsafe; the pointer is generally
zero-initialized on first use in function scope (i.e. lazily... we have to go
deeper), but for globals we can be pretty sure the linker will do that for us.

97de357270 SkLazyPtr, mk. 2
SK_DECLARE_STATIC_LAZY_PTR and
SK_DECLARE_STATIC_LAZY_PTR_ARRAY let you declare a single or
array of static pointers that are lazily initialized.

You can think of this as a restricted, lighter-weight
version of SkOnce. There's no guarantee that Create will be
called exactly once, but we do guarantee all threads will
agree on the resulting pointer.

We'll clean up any other extra pointers we Create()ed by
calling Destroy(), which defaults to SkDELETE. In debug
mode, we also clean up the winning pointer at process exit,
so we can make sure we didn't leak it or free it early.

I've ported SkData (singleton) and SkXfermode (array) as
examples. Once this lands I'll port most other users of
SkOnce.

6f4cf2a195 Remove 'friend SkRefCnt' from SkData.
https://codereview.chromium.org/13925021/

If a non-POD class does not provide a default destructor, one is
provided by teh compiler. GCC will do so, but only at the point where the
vtable is output; since BlockRef has no implementation its destructor is
never output, so there is no complaint. VC++, however, provides the
destructor implementation as soon as it sees the type. If the destructor
of BlockRef is ever defined an error will be reported (since the
destructor of SkData is private).

Declaring (but does not defining) a destructor for BlockRef fixes two
issues. First, it prevents a default destructor from being provided,
removing the VC++ error. Second, BlockRef now blocks access to the
destructor through '->'.
