SkNVRefCnt trades a small amount of code size (vtable) and runtime
(vptr) memory usage for a larger amount of code size (templating). It
was written back in a time when all we were really thinking about was
runtime memory usage, so I'm curious to see where performance, code
size, and memory usage all move if it's removed.
Looking at the types I've changed here, my guess is that performance and
memory usage will be basically unchanged, and that code size will drop a
bit. Nothing else it's nicer to have only one ref-counting base class.

Our srgb_roundtrip_extended unit test has shown that our from_srgb and
to_srgb stages start to break down outside a range of about [-2,2], and
they appear to asymptote to roundtripping to y=8, not an identity y=x.
We'll continue to use these stages where we know ahead of time that
the inputs are all in [0,1], and otherwise fall back on ::parametric.

> Extract per-edge quad vertex tesselation code into reusable interface
>
> This moves the vertex templates and the edge outset/tessellation code into a new GrPerEdgeAAQuadHelper h/cpp file. The vertex template hierarchy has been expanded to include an optional local coordinate type: void, SkPoint, or SkPoint3. The texture op only uses SkPoint for its local coordinates but the regular rect op will need void and SkPoint3 as well.

> A large part of the added code is providing the tessellation specializations for those new local coordinate types.

fSrcOffsetUnits is where we start sampling from the image. It is
computed as
(sampleX / 2) * fSrcBPP
(ignoring fSrcOffset, which is 0 for a GIF with a subset frame).
sampleX will be no wider than the full image, and we divide it by two to
sample points evenly spread through the image. But for a subset frame,
we need to use a different sampling rate to ensure that the sampled
points are within the width of the frame.
