c0bd9f9fe5 rewrite includes to not need so much -Ifoo
Current strategy: everything from the top

Things to look at first are the manual changes:

   - added tools/rewrite_includes.py
   - removed -Idirectives from BUILD.gn
   - various compile.sh simplifications
   - tweak tools/embed_resources.py
   - update gn/find_headers.py to write paths from the top
   - update gn/gn_to_bp.py SkUserConfig.h layout
     so that #include "include/config/SkUserConfig.h" always
     gets the header we want.

1688507f83 Try out clang-tidy, starting with bugprone-use-after-move
- add drop-in clang-tidy cxx wrapper
 - get build clean for bugprone-use-after-move

The wrapper can be used by setting

   cxx = "/path/to/skia/tools/clang-tidy.sh"

in GN.

149e42ed19 make SkAutoTMalloc self-move safe
We were just combing through possible changes that might have affected
the attached bug, this popped out as pretty obviously unsafe.

This doesn't explain the Chrome bug...
SkAutoTMalloc and SKAutoSTMalloc are separate types. :(

The new test fails and crashes before, passes after.

d0e402f999 Make container classes in SkTemplates.h more consistent
Ensures that ".get()" always returns null when a container is empty.
Also ensures consistent assert behavior for array counts.

There are still differences in that the malloc variants take a size_t
and the arrays take an int, and that SkAutoSTMalloc defaults to the
stack-allocated buffer wheras the other containers default to null.
