f0288101b5 Remove SkCanvas::getGrContext calls from benches 
This will get us closer to deprecating getGrContext.

The benches have no SkSurface::getContext calls.

ce9f016ed3 Remove unused GrFlushFlags. 
This also adds back default flush() calls which simply do a flush
without any submit.
