2979f95e11 more MSAN dbg->rel cycling
Remove old Debug jobs that I added Release mirrors to
earlier today. The release jobs look fine and faster,
taking between 50-80% the time of the debug jobs.

Add SwiftShader release MSAN jobs to try the same there.

055f5355d5 pdf rasterization
- add Mac PDF rasterizer
- create a mac pdf bot
- blacklist some GMs that CG takes forever to rasterize
- remove obsolete --dont_write pdf feature

This new Mac -PDF bot is now the _only_ bot running PDF code.
Obviously we can expand from here.

pdfium was looking like a pain to build and/or integrate
into our own build. pdftocairo looked promising, and is
already installed on the bots, but it is very slow and
prone to error. CG was the next thing I tried.

c22967e74f remove almost all Release ASAN bots
There's little need to run a Release ASAN bot when we've an equivalent
Debug ASAN bot. This removes almost all Release ASAN bots and adds one
Debug ASAN bot.

The only Release ASAN bots I've kept are a bot on the CQ,
Perf-Ubuntu18-Clang-Golo-GPU-QuadroP400-x86_64-Release-All-ASAN, and the
corresponding Build bot. We could leave that forever, replace it with
a Debug bot, or just take it off the CQ.

c36a45d34d add some useful Debug/ASAN bots
We've realized we'd like to have a few more Debug Perf bots, and it
seems like maybe a good way to satisfy that is to backfill anywhere
we've got a Release Perf ASAN bot but not a Debug one.

In net, this adds:

   1) some Android ASAN Debug Build bots, both 32- and 64-bit ARM
   2) some Android ASAN Debug _Test_ bots using those new builds
   3) one CPU and one GPU Debug ASAN Perf bot

This CL originally was intended just to fulfill 3); I didn't anticipate
finding those testing gaps filled by 1) and 2), and if we find those new
bots to be a bother we can revert them. They seemed like glaring enough
holes to try to fix now.

- Add Metal bots with the HD615 to get testing on a Gen9 GPU. This
should have better performance and more correct results. Also move the
DDL tests to those machines, to get testing on a newer/faster machine.
- Add MSAA configs to Vulkan and Metal perf bots (except for old Intel).

b3c9745911 Remove "nvpr" configs
The majority of our gm testing has been disabling nvpr, which doesn't
match our real-world behavior where we use nvpr whenever available.
This CL fixes the issue by completely removing the explicit nvpr
configs. Now if we have nvpr, you get it.

This CL also lowers the nvpr priority in the path renderer chain and
adds a "NonNVPR" job on Quadro where we can continue to test our
non-nvpr codepaths on NVIDIA.

6c30e74dd0 Add DDL jobs for Intel
To work around skia:8709, I'm moving the DDL tests to IntelIris640. The
ASAN jobs still show memory leaks in the driver, but at least I can
identify which calls are leaking and suppress the LSAN warnings.

Adds an SK_ENABLE_SCOPED_LSAN_SUPPRESSIONS define that indicates that
the LSAN header files are available, which is set in recipes for the
Linux ASAN builds. Adds __lsan::ScopedDisabler in four locations for
two Vulkan API calls:
 - CreateGraphicsPipelines in GrVkPipeline::Create and
   GrVkCopyPipeline::Create
 - CreateDescriptorSetLayout in
   GrVkDescriptorSetManager::DescriptorPoolManager::DescriptorPoolManager
   constructor (2 calls)

Also adds a regular suppression for libxcb.so.

See bugs listed below for more details on the leaks.

8875baf99d Add Bloaty (with demangling) for wasm BuildStats
The bloaty here was compiled with this patch:
https://github.com/google/bloaty/pull/149

Hopefully that lands upstream and we can track master again.

This adds BuildStats.+Debug because we need symbols
to get sensical data. Bloaty's WASM support is experimental
and currently doesn't support having a stripped (Release)
version be profiled using the symbols of a Debug version.

This means that the buildStats for debug will be higher
than actual, but hopefully the absolute positioning will be
the same and thus the outputs useful.

f14a3c059f [PathKit] Add asm.js build and test jobs
Consolidates the karma files into one for docker/asmjs/wasm and all
combinations.

The asm.js build seems to have some small imprecisions that we didn't
see as much as with WASM, probably due to JS limitations/differences
to c++'s floats.

To address these, I've marked some (5) tests in PathOps* as flaky
because they fail on Release, Debug or Test versions of the asm.js build.

Other then that, asm.js seems basically identical to the WASM.

WASM is much smaller, 416k vs 877k and seems to load faster (not
measured).

Note to reviewers:
example.html was copied from npm-wasm version, so doesn't need
further review.

644d8e7175 [PathKit] Add PathOps Op and Simplify tests imported from the C++ tests.
Because of https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/146165 and
https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/146100 we have a way
to turn PathOps tests into JSON, which has input paths (as Cmd arrays),
combination verb and expected output.

In this CL, we make tests from the JSON, compare them to the expected
output and, optionally, create SVGs to visualize the difference if any.

API changes (nothing breaking on release builds):
 - Exposes SkRect as a JS Object. No need to call delete() on this.
 - expose path.getBounds() and path.computeTightBounds()
 - Remove SkRegion exposure (debug/test only), which was going to be
used for this purpose, but the approach in this CL works fine.
 - Add loadCmdsTypedArray(cmd) helper function to JS [see helper.js].
This was previously known as `floatTypedArrayFrom2D` in the
old shell.html, and is now exposed to avoid clients having to
implement this boilerplate by themselves.
 - Add set/getFillType - mostly for testing the difference between
a Winding and an EvenOdd path.

35eb7fa813 [infra] Shuffle Mac CPU and xSAN jobs to MacBookPro11.5.
I'm keeping the Release jobs for a few commits for blame.

There are a few reasons for this change:
 - This will free up more Mac VMs for Build jobs.
 - The CPU jobs currently run on VMs, which don't provide reliable perf
   numbers.
 - The two bare-metal MacMini7.1 bots (currently running the GPU TSAN
   jobs) are over-capacity.
 - Lets us test AVX2 rather than AVX.

I used the MacBookPro11.5 for all of these, but we could spread them
out to other Mac bots if it's too much load for these bots.

12e69e7c89 Shuffle jobs off Nexus5x.
All Golo devices except 2 are AWOL. We added 6 to the Skolo, but they
can't keep up.

This CL moves the following jobs off Nexus5x:
 - All ASAN jobs to Pixel. Most other devices we have can't be rooted,
   so they can't run ASAN.
 - Vulkan NoGPUThreads arm64 jobs to NVIDIA_Shield. Of the devices that
support Vulkan, this has the most available capacity.
    - I removed the arm32 Vulkan NoGPUThreads jobs because it seems a
      bit esoteric.
    - Also removed arm32 Vulkan Debug Perf because I can't imagine it
would ever give us info that arm64 doesn't already provide. (We
ignore Perf data from Debug builds.)
    - Other arm32 Vulkan jobs stayed on Nexus5x because we don't have
any other Vulkan-capable devices with spare capacity.
 - Most arm32 jobs to MotoG4 and de-duplicated. This device has an
ARMv8 processor but runs everything in arm32 mode, which is exactly
what these jobs are trying to test. We have a bunch of MotoG4s in
the Skolo; however, they don't support Vulkan or ASAN.
 - NoGPUThreads and NativeFonts arm64 jobs to GalaxyS6. There are only
6 in the Skolo, but for some reason these devices are particularly
fast. They also don't support Vulkan or ASAN.
    - Currently GalaxyS6 CPU arm64 jobs fail, possibly due to OOM. I
will try to move those jobs in a future CL.
