f18b1d88aa Add GrTextUtils::Target
This abstracts the portion of GrRenderTargetContext that is used by GrAtlasTextContext and opens the door to creating alternative consumers of GrAtlasTextOps.

ed6ae56e0e Re-land: Stop using fixed point recs for gradient positioning info
The fixed point gradient records are historical relics.  Instead of
round-tripping through FP, just use the float positions directly.

We can remove the recs completely in a follow-up.

7947193c31 Merge clip rects in GrReducedClip
Merges the intersection of all rect clips into a single clip rect
element. This is also the first step toward better handling of the
subtractive elements.

2d6b3937e0 Remove subpixel positioning implies no bytecode hinting.
SkTypeface_FreeType::onFilterRec currently assumes that if asked to do
subpixel positioning, don't do bytecode hinting. The idea was that both
could not be satisfied at the same time, so pick something. This is no
longer true, as with the v40 interpreter it is possible to get subpixel
positioned but bytcode hinted glyphs.

1a2b3f0f93 Remove Nexus10 GPU jobs.
The latest OS is Lollipop, and it was originally released November 2012.
The GPU is not in the top 26 according to UMA stats (I haven't collected
data for lower than 26). We test the same GPU with the
Chromebook_303C12, and bsalomon says "Personally, I'm OK with just
relying on ChromeOS for testing."

97293503f5 Stop using fixed point recs for gradient positioning info
The fixed point gradient records are historical relics.  Instead of
round-tripping through FP, just use the float positions directly.

We can remove the recs completely in a follow-up, after rebaselining the
existing clients.

Since SkScalarRoundToInt rounds differently depending on the sign of the
value, care must be taken to perform rounding before any potential

84d7cf99d1 Stop using GradientShaderCache for gradient textures
Ganesh uses GradientShaderCache for generating legacy gradient textures,
and a custom helper (initLinearBitmap) for all other cases.

Now that GradientShaderCache no longer supports dithering, there is
little difference between the two implementantions.  And sice the result
is also cached in a separate bitmap cache, we might as well consolidate
the implementation and always use initLinearBitmap.

This allows us to completely remove GradientShaderCache in a follow up.

4cbb6e6d55 Pass GrRenderTargetContext's GrColorSpaceInfo to SkShader and SkColorFilter.
Also to SkColorTo(Premul|Unpremul)GrColor4f.

This can avoid cache lookups to find GrColorSpaceXforms as the xform pointer is stored in GrColorSpaceInfo after the first lookup.

Also uses GrColorSpaceInfo to construct GrTextUtils::Paint.

c8a65e3e6e Some more clipped text optimizations.
* Limit size of text batches to keep inside default vertex buffer size
* Expand geodata allocation by 1.5x rather than 2x
* Don't add text subruns that lie outside the clip rect

5911a7cf21 Remove GrColorSpaceXform from GrGradientEffect
Use a local xform to convert color stops for analytic gradients.
For texture-based gradients, wrap the FP with an xform effect.
To simplify this code, add a new AdjustFP helper to do the color
xform, and also add the MulOutputByInputAlpha stage.

cc58664e40 Remove GradientShaderCache dither and paint alpha support
The gradient cache is only used for complex GPU gradients, and is
always initialized with no dithering and opaque alpha.

Remove the (now-dead) code supporing ditherning and non-opaque alpha.
