Changes to warnings in clang introduced by https://reviews.llvm.org/D43322
and https://reviews.llvm.org/D44883 cause warning as error failures when
building Skia. In particular this addresses return-std-move-in-c++11 and
self-assign-overloaded.

This also makes it so that it doesn't shrink back into preallocated storage and therefore doesn't need to store the reserve count.

SkTArray cannot currently contain move only elements because its swap
currently requires the SkTArray to be copyable. This makes SkTArray
movable and makes its swap move instead of copy.
