This creates a nice readable display, since Bloaty
doesn't allow filtering through the CLI.
Additionally, rename the flutter job to accurately
represent what settings it actually is (32 bit ARM built
with clang).

checkout/api.py populates patch_projects mapping which has no effect.
All of its usages were migrated to repo_path_map mapping.
Populate repo_path_map instead.

- Move doxygen and binary size out of core and into their own modules.
- Rename core -> checkout since that's all it does, shorten method names.
- Rename flavors:
- Everything is GN, so remove GN/gn_ everywhere.
- Merge gn_flavor into default.
- Shorten file / module names.
