32342f032e Rebase and fix chromium 
Combine texture provider and resource provider

Largely mechanical. Only three places that were calling createApprox
via texture provider (ie without flags), so that was simple.

f200a90f3e Rationalize GrContext's Gr*Proxy getter naming 
This CL replaces the entry points:

asDeferredSurface
asDeferredTexture
asDeferredRenderTarget

with:

GrSurfaceProxy* asSurfaceProxy
sk_sp<GrSurfaceProxy> asSurfaceProxyRef

GrTextureProxy* asTextureProxy
sk_sp<GrTextureProxy> asTextureProxyRef

GrRenderTargetProxy* asRenderTargetProxy
sk_sp<GrRenderTargetProxy> asRenderTargetProxyRef

Reason for revert: Reverting this to see if it really was crashing on SVGs or if that was cross talk.
