a1bde7d2e1 Remove SkThread::setProcessorAffinity() 
It's only used by a couple unit tests.  We have other ways of getting
the same quality testing of our ref-count code now (e.g. TSAN).

1b24933e52 Remove SkThread.h, include SkMutex.h or SkAtomics.h as appropriate. 
SkThread.h doesn't do anything anymore execept include those two,
and thankfully, it doesn't seem to be mentioned outside Skia.

No public API changes.

e4fafb146e Use DEFINE_TESTCLASS_SHORT macro in tests. 
The three version of DEFINE_TESTCLASS macro is deprecated and thus just
use the simple, short one.

50ccb0a738 Add a skia method to perform an atomic add. 
Complements sk_atomic_inc for when you want to increase by more than one.

This time, use the correct atomic add function on Windows.
