38f104e85d combine direct position calculation
Make the glyph buffers use the same Direct position calculations
for Bitmap and GPU processing. This will create fewer changes when
switching to SkGlyphDigest based API.

bee5ccd548 Avoid "drawable" when not referring to SkDrawable.
Change all use of "drawable" to "accepted" in glyph drawing code. To
improve uniformity "rejects" is also changed to "rejected". This is
motivated by the desire to add SkDrawable backed glyph rendering, which
would make the use of "drawable" for both "glyphs which are drawable"
and "glyph which renders with SkDrawable" very confusing.

54c496ba2c use SkStrikeSpec in remote and main strike cache
* Remove the SkDescriptor from SkScalerCache where it is never really
  used.
* Have SkStrike hold the descriptor
* Add a method to the SkStrikeSpec to create SkScalerContexts

Flow all the parameter changes through the code.

81e84a6e7f Make SkStrikeCache::Node be SkStrike.
SkStrike becomes SkScalerCache. It will eventually externalize
the memory accounting to SkStrikeCache::Node because the amount of
memory used by the scaler cache, and the overall strike cache memory
usage must be kept in sync.
