On slower machines, invoking |chrome.gpuBenchmarking.printToSkPicture|
too early after the headless browser is launched leads to no .skp
files being captured. Adding a sleep after the launch of the headless
browser rectifies the issue.

The C++ standard library uses the name "release" for the operation we call "detach".
Rewriting each "detach(" to "release(" brings us a step closer to using standard library types directly (e.g. std::unique_ptr instead of SkAutoTDelete).
This was a fairly blind transformation. There may have been unintentional conversions in here, but it's probably for the best to have everything uniformly say "release".

This fixes every case where virtual and SK_OVERRIDE were on the same line,
which should be the bulk of cases. We'll have to manually clean up the rest
over time unless I level up in regexes.

This program takes a list of Skia Picture (SKP) files and
renders each as a multipage PDF, then prints out the MD5
checksum of the PDF file. This can be used to verify that
changes to the PDF backend will not change PDF output.
