f461a8fdf6 Simple GPU based dithering: 
If dithering is turned on, apply an effect that filters the pixel through
the following pipeline:

for each channel c:
  1. Compute quantized colors [low, high] that c is between
  2. Pick high by flipping a coin weighted by (c - low)

f168b86d7f Remove Sk prefix from some bench classes. 
This idea came while commenting on
https://codereview.chromium.org/343583005/

Since SkBenchmark, SkBenchLogger and SkGMBench are not part of the Skia library,
they should not have the Sk prefix.

3361471a35 Simplify benchmark internal API. 
I'm not quite sure why I wrote such a convoluted API with setLoops()/getLoops().
This replaces it with a loops argument passed to onDraw().

This CL is largely mechanical translation from the old API to the new one.
MathBench used this->getLoops() outside onDraw(), which seems incorrect.  I
fixed it.

34150b451d Clear out SK_SCALAR_IS_FLOAT from SkRadialGradient, and merge the logic for radial_mirror and radial_repeat. 
New radial/repeated bench is 10-20x faster now using float instead of fixed; the rest are unaffected.

5396a048d2 Added a high-color (50 colors) gradient for each gradient type. 
To do so I added an enumerated type called ColorType that can toggle between kColors_2 and kColors_50 to swap between 2 and 50 color gradients.





Added hicolor bench for each gradient type.

5ea050f662 Optimize software radial gradients (remove branches from the inner loop where 
we can, because an entire row is conservatively either outside or inside the
gradient.) Change the gradient benchmark to capture both cases, and add new
gm to detect errors in these optimized paths.
