7363af8c51 Fix gcc 9 warnings.
GCC 9 warns about this pessimizing-move. It isn't clear why clang isn't
as well.

GCC 9 has a working redundant-move diagnostic. Clang has an old (C++11
style) redundant-move diagnostic which only warns when moving a
parameter. The GCC warning conflicts with Clang's
return-std-move-in-c++11, which we want to keep until we can drop
support for older compilers. So just disable redundant-move warnings
until we can remove return-std-move-in-c++11.

This change allows us to compile without warnings on gcc 9.3.0.

f7eb0544a8 basic, untested BGR 1010102 and 101010x
Updated every switch that yelled at me, and added support to dm and fm,
and then founds some more switches that shouldn't have defaults...

The tricky spots outside those were mips and dither,
since they aren't simply exhaustive switches.

_Now_ no diffs between RGB/BGR 1010102 and 101010x.

No GPU support.

ce240cc6fd SkSurface asynchronous read APIs allow client to extend pixel lifetime
Previously the pixel data passed to the client was only valid during
the client's callback. This meant if the client wanted to defer
processing of the data a copy was necessary.

Now we pass an object to the callback and the pixel lifetime is tied
to the lifetime of that object.

The object may be holding a GPU transfer buffer mapped. We don't assume
that the object will be released on the direct GrContext thread. So
when the object is destroyed it posts a message to a new type,
GrClientMappedBufferManager, hanging off the direct context. The direct
context will periodically check for messages and unmap and then unref
buffers so that they can be reused. Currently this is done in
GrContext::performDeferredCleanup() and GrDrawingManager::flush().

The old API is kept around for backwards compatibility but it is
reimplemented as a bridge on top of the new mechanism.

Also a utility function to SkImageInfo is added to directly make a new
info with a specified dimensions rather than passing the width and
height separately to makeWH().

1d43530aa2 Pass alpha type to GrSurfaceContext::read/writePixels and remove flags.
We deduce whether to premul or unpremul based on the the input/output
alpha types. This means we also now support unpremuling on write and
premuling on read.

Class-ify former struct GrPixelInfo. Remove origin and instead pass a
flip bool to GrConvertPixels.

Unifies read/write methods on GrSurfaceContext via automatic conversion
of SkImageInfo to GrPixelInfo and making GrDirectContext an optional
parameter.

201700fa86 Initial version of rescaling async readback API
This is implemented at backend-neutral level and so misses some
opportunities to reduce the number of passes in the GPU backend.

Filter quality is interpreted as:
none - single nearest neighbor resampling
low - chain of bilinear resamplings. 2x up/down except for one
step which may be smaller than 2x.
medium - same as low
high - when both scale factors are up then same as low but with bicubic
filtering rather than linear. Otherwise, same as low.

c0bd9f9fe5 rewrite includes to not need so much -Ifoo
Current strategy: everything from the top

Things to look at first are the manual changes:

   - added tools/rewrite_includes.py
   - removed -Idirectives from BUILD.gn
   - various compile.sh simplifications
   - tweak tools/embed_resources.py
   - update gn/find_headers.py to write paths from the top
   - update gn/gn_to_bp.py SkUserConfig.h layout
     so that #include "include/config/SkUserConfig.h" always
     gets the header we want.

12d4b6e545 let's like, chill out about all these rules, man
There's really no reason to prevent any of these conversions;
they all have somewhat reasonable behavior:

   - converting between grey in different color spaces
     should probably work just fine
   - we'll convert color to gray using a fixed set of
     luminance coefficients, but that's better than failing
   - we'll invent {r,g,b} = {0,0,0} if we convert alpha
     to something with color
   - converting to opaque formats without thinking about
     premul/unpremul is probably fine, better than just
     not working at all
   - a missing src color space can always be assumed to be sRGB

Updates to ReadPixelsTest:
   - skip more supported test cases in test_conversion(),
     each with a TODO
   - conversions from non-opaque to opaque should now work
   - conversion from A8 to non-A8 should sometimes now
     work on GPUs, and the test needed a little bit of
     a tweak to not expect A8 to carry around color somehow.

Updates to SRGBReadWritePixelsTest:
   - writing untagged pixels shouldn't fail anymore;
     instead, it should behave like it was tagged sRGB

2a4f983c94 Remove GrSurfaceOrigin from GrSurfaceDesc.
This field has no interpretation at the GrTexture/GrGpu as the orientation is
handled at the GrSurfaceProxy level.

This change requires GrGpu to accept a GrSurfaceOrigin when creating a texture with initial data. The origin refers to the texel data to be uploaded. Longer term the plan is to remove this and require the data to be kTopLeft. Additionally, kBottomLeft will only be allowed for wrapped texture/RTs as this evolves.
