This helps avoid duplicate dumping when Skia is wrapping an external object which is already dumped externally. ssid	f0c986503b	Add support for light dumps in SkTraceMemoryDump interface. ... SkGlyphCache dumps too many glyphs, and to reduce the trace size, RequestDetails enum is added to SkTraceMemoryDump interface.
