fa962f583a rerun only what makes unknown hashes
If a batch fails, we've got to rerun everything (or at least from the
failure on), but when it's merely unknown hashes, no need to rerun
what's produced hashes we know already.

Small tweak to FM to keep all the printed source names exactly what's
passed in, keeping the whole path for skp/svg/image files. This means
zero bookkeeping needed to know what to rerun when parsing that output.

Upgrades GrGpu::createTestingOnlyBackendRenderTarget to create MSAA

Updates many tests/tool to call sites to use the helper instead of

In this case, it happens that Codec_PngRoundTrip is flaky on my laptop;

813e8cc762 add a global may-we-JIT flag
The most interesting part of the CL is that we recheck gSkVMAllowJIT in
Program::eval() even though we've already checked it in the constructor.
This allows Viewer to toggle the JIT on and off without having to worry
about program caching. This is not something that you'd expect to come
up in practice if a program just sets gSkVMAllowJIT at the start of
main(); for real clients I think we can avoid all this with a simple
SkGraphics::allowJIT() that only lets clients opt-in, never back out.

I toyed with making '!' rotate through a tristate in Viewer, until I
realized that these really are independent bits: GMs like threshold_rt
that use both ordinary effects and SkVM-only effects demonstrate
different behavior and performance in all four modes. So '!' continues
to toggle SkVMBlitter, and now '@' toggles the JIT.

I've left the test program default settings unchanged, with the JIT
enabled unless --nojit is passed. Where we previously simplified the
command line by conflating --dylib with --skvm, we now conflate --dylib
with --jit.

(This is a simple reland of

manually because JavaInputStreamAdaptor.cpp was deleted.)

SK_ABORT was already using SkDebugf to print the error message to the
console, so all the moving parts were there. This CL just adds a
mechanism for the calling code to pass in arguments.

Added a use case to demonstrate usage--when an allocation fails, the
requested size is now shown in the error message.

67e50a6b5c Allow printf-style formatting to be used in SK_ABORT.
SK_ABORT was already using SkDebugf to print the error message to the
console, so all the moving parts were there. This CL just adds a
mechanism for the calling code to pass in arguments.

Added a use case to demonstrate usage--when an allocation fails, the
requested size is now shown in the error message.

ce240cc6fd SkSurface asynchronous read APIs allow client to extend pixel lifetime
Previously the pixel data passed to the client was only valid during
the client's callback. This meant if the client wanted to defer
processing of the data a copy was necessary.

Now we pass an object to the callback and the pixel lifetime is tied
to the lifetime of that object.

The object may be holding a GPU transfer buffer mapped. We don't assume
that the object will be released on the direct GrContext thread. So
when the object is destroyed it posts a message to a new type,
GrClientMappedBufferManager, hanging off the direct context. The direct
context will periodically check for messages and unmap and then unref
buffers so that they can be reused. Currently this is done in
GrContext::performDeferredCleanup() and GrDrawingManager::flush().

The old API is kept around for backwards compatibility but it is
reimplemented as a bridge on top of the new mechanism.

Also a utility function to SkImageInfo is added to directly make a new
info with a specified dimensions rather than passing the width and
height separately to makeWH().

Combines the two boolean options into a single tri-state enum. Old GLSL

Also add a type tag for cached program binaries, so we can safely
