8499e372ce [includes] Remove more includes of SkColorSpace
While I was fixing up Chrome's uses, I found some failures
there that I did not see in Skia, and tracked them down
to a few other places where we include SkColorSpace
and it is not strictly necessary

 - SkCustomMesh.h
 - GrColorInfo.h
 - GrColorSpaceXform.h
 - SkColorSpaceXformSteps.h

For these files (and their .cpp files), I added enforcement
of include-what-you-use, and then fixed the myriad of places
which were depending on these transitive includes.

One change to help Chrome is the manual overloads of
SkImage::MakeFromAdoptedTexture instead of using default
parameters. This makes it so callers of that function
do not need to include SkColorSpace if they were going
to pass nullptr for it anyway.

c0bd9f9fe5 rewrite includes to not need so much -Ifoo
Current strategy: everything from the top

Things to look at first are the manual changes:

   - added tools/rewrite_includes.py
   - removed -Idirectives from BUILD.gn
   - various compile.sh simplifications
   - tweak tools/embed_resources.py
   - update gn/find_headers.py to write paths from the top
   - update gn/gn_to_bp.py SkUserConfig.h layout
     so that #include "include/config/SkUserConfig.h" always
     gets the header we want.

c23d1ab9b0 use from/to_srgb only when known to be in [0,1]
Our srgb_roundtrip_extended unit test has shown that our from_srgb and
to_srgb stages start to break down outside a range of about [-2,2], and
they appear to asymptote to roundtripping to y=8, not an identity y=x.

We'll continue to use these stages where we know ahead of time that
the inputs are all in [0,1], and otherwise fall back on ::parametric.

Guarded by SK_LEGACY_SRGB_STAGE_CHOICE.

566ea9b9fc Tune linear->sRGB constants to round-trip all bytes.
I basically just ran a big 5-deep for-loop over the five constants here.
This is the first set of coefficients I found that round trips all bytes.
I suspect there are many such sets.

ac41bac40f Move sRGB <-> linear conversion components to their own files.
This makes them a little easier to use outside SkColorXform code.

I've added some notes about how best to use them and their eccentricities, and added a test.

Ultimately any software sRGB <-> linear conversion should funnel somehow through here.
