72c9faab45 Fix up all the easy virtual ... SK_OVERRIDE cases. 
This fixes every case where virtual and SK_OVERRIDE were on the same line,
which should be the bulk of cases.  We'll have to manually clean up the rest
over time unless I level up in regexes.

839425177c Avoid warning in nanobench related to loop count with nvprmsaa4 
The tests path_hairline_{small,big}_AA_conic were calling the test
function with NVPR. This caused a warning in nanobench.

The here removed hunk comes from commit referring to skia:2042 ("Enable
NVPR by default"). This is a workaround for a bug. The bug is fixed by
the commit referring to skia:2078 ("Logan bot fails NVPR assertion in
bench").

The proper fix is indeed make sure that path renderer chain ends up
trying software path renderer, if the path contains conics and is a
hairline.

The removed hunk refers also to skia:2033 ("Figure out what is happening
with conic path segments in NVPR"). The above solution is correct also in case
NVPR would support conics, as NVPR would not still support hairlines.

f168b86d7f Remove Sk prefix from some bench classes. 
This idea came while commenting on
https://codereview.chromium.org/343583005/

Since SkBenchmark, SkBenchLogger and SkGMBench are not part of the Skia library,
they should not have the Sk prefix.

d58c9c8b81 Fix bench to compile when SK_SUPPORTS_GPU is not provided as a compiler option 
In the case that SK_SUPPORTS_GPU is not provided to the compiler, the value is
either defined in in the SkUserConfig.h or SkPostConfig.h. Prior to this change
HairlinePathBench would test that value before including anything, which led to
build errors.

3361471a35 Simplify benchmark internal API. 
I'm not quite sure why I wrote such a convoluted API with setLoops()/getLoops().
This replaces it with a loops argument passed to onDraw().

This CL is largely mechanical translation from the old API to the new one.
MathBench used this->getLoops() outside onDraw(), which seems incorrect.  I
fixed it.

410e6e80f0 Refactoring: get rid of the SkBenchmark void* parameter. 
While I was doing massive sed-ing, I also converted every bench to use DEF_BENCH instead of registering the ugly manual way.

e0e7cfe44b Change old PRG to be SkLCGRandom; change new one to SkRandom

6485b0be74 Switch out random number generator for tests, benches, samples. 
This change makes tests, benches and samples use the new SkMWCRandom PRNG. GMs will be saved for another time, as they'll require rebaselining.
