5fbd18370f Add NV_fence support to get better timing from ANGLE ES2
Previously, we were reporting numbers that were far too low, because
we were getting way ahead of the GPU, and then spending all of our time
in finish (which isn't timed). That led to us picking very high loop
counts, so our wall clock time to run nanobench was very high, and our
reported times were very low. This fixes all of that, and removes all
the spam about not having fence support.

e6984a0fb5 Fix bugs with fence sync API on iOS devices
- Actually request extension version of fence sync functions
- Fix incorrect usage of dlopen/dlsym
- Also fixed same bugs in Mac code, although we never hit that
  code path.

Should fix iOS devices, giving more accurate (and less spammy)
results from nanobench.

a93a14a998 Convert NULL and 0 to nullptr.
This was created by looking at warnings produced by clang's
-Wzero-as-null-pointer-constant. This updates most issues in
Skia code. However, there are places where GL and Vulkan want
pointer values which are explicitly 0, external headers which
use NULL directly, and possibly more uses in un-compiled
sources (for other platforms).

de3b710913 Cache the results of get_pixel_formats_to_try
Choosing pixel formats is quite slow (depending on driver?). We were
doing this once per context, and it added up. On my desktop windows
machine, this saves another 7 seconds in `dm --config gl --src gm`.

Actual times:
  37s -> 30s (not writing PNGs)
  47s -> 39.5s (writing PNGs)

We always called this with MSAA sample count set to zero, so I cleaned
up the code to make that clearer. Also included a comment about the
theoretical risk, although I think that outside of a multi-GPU system,
we're fine.

changes uses of SkFAIL to SK_ABORT in preparation for its removal. The
related sk_throw macro will be changed independently, due to needing to
actually clean up its users.

Adds a new postFlush method and renames the class to
GrOnFlushCallbackObject. Also removes the ref counting in favor of
making the callback object a purely virtual interface. ref/unref on the
callback interface would conflict with existing ref/unref methods on the
subclass. It is now the caller’s responsibility to ensure the lifetime
of the callback is tied to that of the context.

c819e66993 Check-in vulkan.h into third_party and use that instead of local sdk vulkan.h
This change is needed since once we start getting support for varrying of extensions
and newer version support in general, we need a common vulkan header to compile off of.
Otherwise we will run into problems if clients have older headers that don't include
functions/symbols we are trying to use.

Additionally it has the benefit of not needing to add if SK_VULKAN around code in
include which wants to use vulkan symbols.

3a3bc42b7d Check-in vulkan.h into third_party and use that instead of local sdk vulkan.h

This is a reupload of CL: https://skia-review.googlesource.com/13651

649a3411f9 Add a separate draw function to GrRenderTargetContext for GrMeshDrawOp derived classes.
The first phase of deferring GrPipeline creation until flush will apply only to GrDrawOp subclasses that do not derive from GrMeshDrawOp. This change prepares for that by creating separate draw functions on GrRenderTargetContext for GrMeshDrawOp-derived ops. This is temporary and will incrementally be undone as pipeline-creation deferral rolls out to the GrMeshDrawOps in a later phase of this work.

2c2bc11aea Add GrExternalTextureData and SkCrossContextImageData
GrExternalTextureData is an API for exporting the backend-specific
information about a texture in a type-safe way, and without pointing
into the GrTexture. The new detachBackendTexture API lets us release
ownership of a texture to the client.

SkCrossContextImageData is the public API that lets clients upload
textures on one thread/GrContext, then safely transfer ownership to
another thread and GrContext for rendering.

Only GL is implemented/supported right now. Vulkan support requires
that we add thread-safe memory pools, or otherwise transfer the
actual memory block containing the texture to the new context.

9ad1f92e2f Add GrExternalTextureData and SkCrossContextImageData
GrExternalTextureData is an API for exporting the backend-specific
information about a texture in a type-safe way, and without pointing
into the GrTexture. The new detachBackendTexture API lets us release
ownership of a texture to the client.

SkCrossContextImageData is the public API that lets clients upload
textures on one thread/GrContext, then safely transfer ownership to
another thread and GrContext for rendering.

Only GL is implemented/supported right now. Vulkan support requires
that we add thread-safe memory pools, or otherwise transfer the
actual memory block containing the texture to the new context.

60c774db3e Support shared GL contexts in GrContextFactory
Mostly plumbing, plus some minimal testing to make sure that
the platform APIs don't explode. I plan to add testing of
SkCrossContextImageData using this, which should verify that
textures are actually shared.

Also found a factory and some related code in the
CommandBuffer test context that was totally unused.

9f549358b3 Remove antialiasing control from GrPaint.
This adds an additional param (of new enum type GrAA) to draws that can antialias and a new enum GrAAType to indicate the AA technique (none, fragment shader computed coverage, msaa).

Some GMs change due to this:
1) In some places we weren't disabling MSAA when the draw was supposed to be unantialiased.
2) Some bounding rect draws that use GrFragmentProcessors were unnecessarily turning on antialiasing, by disabling it a very small number of pixel LSBs change.

1) Our older iOS devices failed our sRGB tests, due to precision issues

not to have any problems.

2) iOS devices still don't have the sRGB texture decode extension. But,
some clients have no interest in mixing legacy/color-correct rendering,

enables sRGB support in those cases.

e3031b607c Update ANGLE to latest as of August 25, 2016
With this version, it's now exposing GL_EXT_color_buffer_half_float, but
it's (incorrectly) using GL_HALF_FLOAT rather than GL_HALF_FLOAT_OES.
In addition, release builds were crashing in EGLImageTest due to an
apparent disagreement about calling convention on function-pointer to
exported symbol. There is a proper typedef for that in one of their
headers, but I can't seem to include it without creating more problems,
so I just fixed the decoration on our local typedef.

With those changes, all tests pass, and (on my Windows machine), all
GMs and SKPs produce identical results vs. master in angle and angle-gl.

7b70156334 Fix context creation problems in dm
Fixes these issues:

1. The glXCreateContextAttribsARB call seems to modify the
context_attrib parameter upon failure. Since context_attrib was static,
if it first tried to create an OpenGL 4.4 context and it failed, further
attempts to create a context with lower versions would also fail.

2. Getting an OpenGL 3.0 context was never tried.

3. Context creation for ES 3.0 was failing on my machine. Since ES 2.0
looks like the intended version from the surrounding code, I set it to
that. It could be rewritten to use a similar loop as standard OpenGL and
try from the highest version to the lowest.

54f30c13fc Introduce GrColorSpaceXform, for gamut conversion on textures
GrTextureAccess optionally includes an instance, computed from the src
and dst color spaces. In all common cases (no color space for either src
or dst, or same color space for both), no object is allocated.

This change is orthogonal to my attempts to get color space attached to
render targets - regardless of how we choose to do that, this will give
us the source color space at all points where we are connecting src to
dst.

There are many dangling injection points where I've been inserting
nullptr, but I have a record of all of them. Additionally, there are now
three places (the most common simple paths for bitmap/image rendering)
where things are plumbed enough that I expect to have access to the dst
color space (all marked with XFORMTODO).

In addition to getting the dst color space, I need to inject shader code
and uniform uploading for appendTextureLookup and friends.

0d28e574ac Fix caching of sample locations
The original caching logic for sample locations wishfully assumed that
the GPU would always use the same sample pattern for render targets
that had the same number of samples. It turns out we can't rely on
that. This change improves the caching logic to handle mismatched
simple patterns with the same count, and adds a unit test that

For this I will move the gpu onDraw command to the GpuCommandBuffer as well.
For GL this will end up just being a pass through to a non virtual draw(...)

adding commands to the secondary command buffer instead.

The eglDisplay() of command buffer EGL implementation now does not
allocate a new EGL display per call, rather just returns the global.

The EGL implementation is fixed as part of bug 581634.

Removes eglTerminate call, as it's should not be used in Skia at the
moment. The call will terminate all of EGL, which is not intendend. The
previous usage was only due to incorrect implementation of the API. Not
added back to anywhere else, leaking EGL globals is as
designed. Discussed in https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/1733323002.

Converts GrClip to an abstract base class and adds a "GrFixedClip"
implementation. GrFixedClip denotes a clip implemented with fixed-

"fClipMode" member from GrClipMaskManager, and in the future will
be able to nicely encapsulate window rectangles.

After this change GrClipMaskManager is just a wrapper around
GrDrawTarget. We may want to consider removing it altogether.

There's no need to use a macro to declare static SkMutexes any more

2e6055b3ea Refactor to separate backend object lifecycle and GpuResource budget decision
Refactor GrGpuResource to contain two different pieces of state:
 a) instance is budgeted or not budgeted
 b) instance references wrapped backend objects or not

The "object lifecycle" was also attached to backend object
handles (ids), which made the code a bit unclear. Backend objects
would be associated with GrGpuResource::LifeCycle, even though
GrGpuResource::LifeCycle refers to the GpuResource, and individual
backend objects in one GpuResource might be governed with different
"lifecycle".

Mark the budgeted/not budgeted with SkBudgeted::kYes, SkBudgeted::kNo.
This was previously GrGpuResource::kCached_LifeCycle,
GrGpuResource::kUncached_LifeCycle.

Mark the "references wrapped object" with boolean. This was previously
GrGpuResource::kBorrowed_LifeCycle,
GrGpuResource::kAdopted_LifeCycle for GrGpuResource.

Associate the backend object ownership status with
GrBackendObjectOwnership for the backend object handles.

The resource type leaf constuctors, such has GrGLTexture or
GrGLTextureRenderTarget take "budgeted" parameter. This parameter
is passed to GrGpuResource::registerWithCache().

The resource type intermediary constructors, such as GrGLTexture
constructors for class GrGLTextureRenderTarget do not take "budgeted"
parameters, intermediary construtors do not call registerWithCache.

Removes the need for tagging GrGpuResource -derived subclass
constructors with "Derived" parameter.

Makes instances that wrap backend objects be registered with
a new function GrGpuResource::registerWithCacheWrapped().

Removes "budgeted" parameter from classes such as StencilAttahment, as
they are always cached and never wrap any external backend objects.

Removes the use of concept "external" from the member function names.
The API refers to the objects as "wrapped", so make all related
functions use the term consistently.

No change in functionality. Resources referencing wrapped objects are
always inserted to the cache with budget decision kNo.
