- Add instruction numbers to program dumps. - Dump the program when an assertion fails, and print the failing condition or an optional other value (e.g. if alpha outside [0,1], print alpha). With all that and the new commented assert enabled, I'm seeing that sometimes we get a bilerp alpha of 0x3f800001, just a little more than 1.0f. Fix still tbd. The resources directory includes some third party content used by Skia. Licenses for that code are included in this file.
