vandebo@chromium.org a518086928 Several cleanups:
Fix the spelling of resource in several places
Make getResouce(resourceList) part of SkPDFObject
make SkDynamicMemoryWStream::getOffset and SkPDFPage::getMediaBox const
Add a temporary NOT_IMPLEMENTED macro instead of using SkASSERT
