jcgregorio 54e2ca5a23 Revert of Make SkGLContext lifetime more well-defined (patchset #7 id:120001 of https://codereview.chromium.org/1511773005/ )
Reason for revert:
Broke tests on Android, iOS, Mac and Windows.

Original issue's description:
