Herb Derby 5789d87b6c test slugs by converting blobs to slugs in drawTextBlob ... Add the flag --blobAsSlugTesting to have SkCanvas::drawTextBlob convert from a blob to a slug and draw it. Slugs conversion does not support RSX form, so handle those with drawTextBlob.
