John Stiles 95eadd32c1 Rename 'unpremul_float' to 'unpremul.' 
Now that name mangling is implemented, we don't need to worry about name
collisions when high-precision types are disabled.

The resources directory includes some third party content used by Skia.
Licenses for that code are included in this file.
