Reason for revert:
Another Android ambiguity due to implicit bool...
frameworks/base/core/jni/android/graphics/Utils.cpp:110:35: error: call of overloaded 'SkMemoryStream(SkAutoTUnref<SkData>&)' is ambiguous
return new SkMemoryStream(data);
