This reverts commit cd284c5323.

Reason for revert:

assert fired in SkMallocPixelRef.cpp:61: fatal error: "assert(info.computeByteSize(rowBytes) == info.getSafeSize(rowBytes))"

google3 thinks it was from surface_rowbytes
