gm, slides, and samples no longer need to know about the implementation details of AnimTimer. This virtual bool onAnimate(const AnimTimer&); becomes this: virtual bool onAnimate(double /*nanoseconds*/); which is much easier to reason about. AnimTimer itself is now part of viewer.
