Mike Klein a4ecfd10b4 prune unused SkPostConfig 
Mostly this is really just removing strictly unused bits.

Removing SkNO_RETURN_HINT() from SK_ABORT() isn't quite
strictly unused, but I think maybe it's moot since we
added SkUNREACHABLE to the end of SK_ABORT().
