The `Typeface_glyph_to_char` test assumes that `ToolUtils::emoji_typeface()` will always return an SkTypeface which supports all the codepoints in `ToolUtils::emoji_sample_text()`. However, it is possible in some configurations for there to be no available emoji font. Detect this and provide a better massage about why the test failed. Correct the preprocessor directives in TestFontMgr.cpp so that the "Emoji" and "Planet" test fonts are consistently defined and used.
