Cary Clark 5b1f953942 bookmaker report only changed files ... Change bookmaker to omit files written with unchanged values. Temporary copies of fiddleout.json and catalog.htm are written, and if the same as the existing copies, are silently deleted. Update stdout from examples in SkColor4f_Reference that have changed to keep up with the latest checkin.
