John Stiles bae2cb0894 Remove OverflowFloatLiteral error test temporarily. This breaks on OS X 10.12: http://screen/7A9bumDr8Z4ihcy Debugging is difficult via a trybot. This CL can be reverted once the root cause is discovered and fixed.
