Florin Malita 9b8fcc242f [skottie] Nested animation fixes ... Update our utils to fix a couple of nested animation issues: 1) Use RenderFlag::kSkipTopLevelIsolation to prevent unconditional nested animation layers. This matches default AE semantics. 2) Use the main animation ResourceProvider when loading nested animations (otherwise any nested resources are ignored).
