The goal was to enable -Wzero-as-null-pointer-constant. Unfortunately, this was thwarted by VK_NULL_HANDLE which is defined as 0ULL in the Vulkan headers. It might be possible to enable the warning for a subset of Skia, but not for the parts which interface with Vulkan.
