Brian Osman ca916f705f Remove canvas marker stack, marked matrices, etc... ... This entire API existed, but was unused (no longer connected to drawVertices or runtime effects). In theory, we could further simplify some of the matrix providers, but more importantly - I have serious doubts about the correctness of localToDeviceHitsPixelsCenters for most of them.
