John Stiles d2f51b1806 Fix fuzzer-discovered optimizer crash. ... The CFG/definition map are no longer valid after replacing an expression entirely. Swizzle-of-swizzle optimization was another case where the optimizer would replace an expression wholesale, but failed to set the needs-rescan flag.
