skia2/tools/install_dependencies.sh
commit-bot@chromium.org 3056bdd236 Since we're only using it on Linux now, just require poppler as a system dependency.
The Ubuntu package needed is libpoppler-cpp-dev.

iconv and fontconfig were only used as Poppler dependencies.  bson_c is also unused.
