Chris Dalton 50e24d7d5f Add a mechanism for GMs to silently exclude themselves from Gold
This is useful, for example, when trying to test a hardware feature
that isn't supported in the current context.

* This GM creates an image with a 2x2:

* In GPU-mode we wind up drawing 4 rects:
*
* BottomLeft origin + 1-wide inset | TopLeft origin + 1-wide inset

* BottomLeft origin + 7-wide inset | TopLeft origin + 7-wide inset
