reed a5517e2b19 add src-rect-constraint to drawImageRect
Follow-on work
- unify around SrcRectConstraint (i.e. drawBitmapRect)
- remove silly drawBitmapRectToRect alias
- clean-up (possibly remove) alias problems around drawBitmapRect + IRect parameter
