Reland "[regexp] Bytecode peephole optimization" This is a reland of 6612943010eca49e9ce262796e871e3d22999154 Fixed: Unaligned reads, unspecified evaluation order. Original change's description: > [regexp] Bytecode peephole optimization > > Bytecodes used by the regular expression interpreter often occur in > specific sequences.
