Refactored push-to-trunk.sh and merge-to-branch.sh.
Moved common code into tools/common-includes.sh. Added automated rolling of V8 into Chromium to push-to-trunk.sh. Review URL: https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/9463041 git-svn-id: http://v8.googlecode.com/svn/branches/bleeding_edge@10976 ce2b1a6d-e550-0410-aec6-3dcde31c8c00
