Virtually dispatched scavengers
Use virtually dispatched specialized scavengers instead of single generic ScavengeObjectSlow implementation. Rollback of r5041 with assertion checking callback alignment removed. Map space is iterated in a special fashion during scavenges so special callback alignment is not required.
