Convince gcc that local variables in i::ValueDeserializer::ReadJSArrayBufferView are initialized.
It emits spurious -Wmaybe-uninitialized warnings. Initializing these variables shouldn't do any harm (with an optimizing compiler), so this seems the quickest way to mollify gcc.
