[wasm] Use PRIxPTR for printing addresses
Avoid casting to {void*} just for printing with "%p". Instead, use the standard "PRIxPTR", prefixed with "0x". This allows to directly print addresses. Drive-by: Remove other unneeded pointer casts; "%p" accepts any pointer type.
