9d71683e11 Introduce mkgrokdump to update tools/v8heapconst.py. 
- Migrate make grokdump to GYP and GN
- Move code from d8 into stand-alone execution

2f135d464c [debugger] basic test infrastructure for new debugger test api. 
This introduces:
- a way in d8 to send messages to the inspector and receive responses.
- a new test suite where existing debugger tests should migrate to.

ab53a8b9ec [inspector] Remove inspector_protocol_parser_test target. 
This target introduces a dependency on WebKit/platform which is not the way we want it.
Keeping the build files in src/inspector, as they are not used and will be useful later on.

f7fa02f8b2 [inspector] add inspector protocol parser test build target for GYP. 
This adds the build target inspector_protocol_parser_test, which depends
on several more inspector protocol related targets. The resulting
gtest executable runs, but has failures that have to be fixed.

GN build configuration will follow.

A copy of v8-inspector/js_protocol.json has been included to be able to
use it before the actual migration.

3bf44848c3 [gn] Move build to gypfiles 
This prepares for pulling chromium's build as dependency for
gn. After this, the files in build and gypfiles need to stay
in sync until chromium is updated.
