55d05404b7 CpuProfiler: extract DeoptInfo fill in code into a static function.

this patch
1) moves DeoptInfo builder code to platform independent file lithium-codegen.cc
2) adds inlining_id property to HEnterInlined so we can use it on lithium level.

32ee9fa6ab CpuProfiler: replace raw position with SourcePosition for DeoptReason
Save Unknown position as zero in RelocInfo.
Remove copy constructor of SourcePosition because it is trivial.
Mechanical replace int raw_position with SourcePosition position.

86cae1633c Propagate DeoptInfo to cpu-profiler
1) Deoptimizer::Reason was replaced with Deoptimizer::DeoptInfo
because it also has raw position. Also the old name clashes with DeoptReason enum.

2) c_entry_fp assignment call was added to EntryGenerator::Generate
So we can calculate sp and have a chance to record the stack for the deopting function.
btw it makes the test stable.

3) new kind of CodeEvents was added to cpu-profiler

4) GetDeoptInfo method was extracted from PrintDeoptLocation.
So it could be reused in cpu profiler.

368a503cc1 Revert of Externalize deoptimization reasons. (patchset #7 id:120001 of https://codereview.chromium.org/874323003/)
Reason for revert:
This CL breaks RelocInfo::INTERNAL_REFERENCE (and maybe others that come after DEOPT_REASON), which is currently (mostly) unused on tip-of-tree, but will be used for jump tables soon(ish) and should therefore work. It seems to be a problem with implicitly assumptions about the number of reloc info modes. Needs further investigation.

90c8932596 Replace our homegrown ARRAY_SIZE() with Chrome's arraysize().
Our own ARRAY_SIZE() was pretty bad at error checking. If you use
arrasize() in a wrong way, the compiler will issue an error instead of
silently doing the wrong thing. The previous ARRAY_SIZE() macro is still
available as ARRAYSIZE_UNSAFE() similar to Chrome.

a0f6878a06 Add mips64 port.
Summary:

- Changes in common code are mainly boilerplate changes,
gyp and test status files updates.

- On mips64 simulator all tests pass from all test units.

- Current issues: mjsunit JS debugger tests fail randomly on HW in release mode.
Corresponding tests are skipped on HW.

a5a21a0da4 Move OS::MemCopy and OS::MemMove out of platform to utils
Since both are jitted on some platforms and depend on codegen, they
don't belong to the platform abstraction. At the same time, I can't put
them to codegen.h, as this would introduce cyclic dependencies.

b09989ec58 Refactor transitioning stores.
There's actually no need to have the transition as part of the HStoreNamedField instruction. In fact, it is cleaner and faster to generate a separate HStoreNamedField for the transition map. This will also help to eliminate map stores with store elimination, as well as reduce register pressure for transitioning stores on ia32.

785bdf7c1e Don't add code dependencies eagerly for HCheckMaps.

50d8259fea Fix crash in debug builds introduced with r21110.
Basically we should not check for map deprecation during
code selection, because that may run on the concurrent
compiler thread. So the fix is to move this logic to the
code generation phase instead, which is always run on the
main thread.

ff953ac055 Make maps in monomorphic IC stubs weak.
Maps in monomorphic Load, KeyedLoad, Store, KeyedStore, and CompareNil IC
stubs are treated as weak references by the marking visitor.

During generation of an IC stub with a weak map, the stub is appended to the
dependent code array of the map. When the map dies, all stubs in its dependent
code array are invalidated by setting embedded maps to undefined.

21155c1581 Ensure that we don't mark weak heap references in the constant pool array.
Some heap pointer's embedded in optimized code are considered weak. Ensure
that we don't mark them during GC of the ConstantPoolArray.  Also, embed
length metadata in a bitfield, reducing the ConstantPoolArray header size from
five words to two.

0a5113b69f Skip unreachable blocks when looking for next emitted block.
Goto does not emit a jump if the target is the next emitted block.
However, if there is an unreachable block between Goto and the jump
target, we still emit a jump even though the unreachable block is
not actually emitted. That jump is unnecessary.

8f170a66e7 Improve positions tracking inside the HGraphBuilder.
Instead of tracking simple absolute offset from the start of the script like other places do, track a pair of (inlining id, offset from the start of inlined function).

This enables us to pinpoint with inlining path an instruction came from. Previously in multi-script environments we emitted positions that made very little sense because inside a single optimized function they would point to different scripts without a way to distinguish them.

Start dumping the source of every inlined function to make possible IR viewing tools with integrated source views as there was previously no way to acquire this information from IR dumps. We also dump source position at which each inlining occured.

Tracked positions are written into hydrogen.cfg as pos:<inlining-id>_<offset>.

Flag --emit-opt-code-positions is renamed by this change into --hydrogen-track-positions to better convey it's meaning.

In addition this change assigned global unique identifier to each optimization performed inside isolate. This allows to precisely match compilation artifacts (e.g. IR and disassembly) and deoptimizations.

2638dca48f Make cells pointing to JSObjects weak in optimized code.
This is done similar to weak embedded objects in optimized code (r17102). The
reference from optimized code to a cell is treated weakly in marking visitors
if the cell points to a JSObject. After marking we iterate over all cells
embedded in optimized code. If a cell is not marked but its value is marked,
then we revive the cell by marking it. Otherwise, the cell value is dead, so
we mark the code for deoptimization.

4c565138b5 Add tool to visualize machine code/lithium.
In the process:
- Add a command-line flag --opt-code-positions to track source position information throughout optimized code.
- Add a subclass of the hydrogen graph builder to ensure that the source position is properly set on the graph builder for all generated hydrogen code.
- Overhaul handling of source positions in hydrogen to ensure they are passed through to generated code consistently and in most cases transparently.

1db15f849d MIPS: Improve and simplify removal of unreachable code.
Port r17073 (ba68149)

Original commit message:
- Detect unreachable basic blocks of code either following an unconditional deopt or after a provably untaken branch of HBranch or HCompareObjectEqAndBranch instructions.
- Emit dummy uses in unreachable blocks during Hydrogen -> Lithium translation.
