With this CL d8 exits with an error code if there is an unhandled
promise rejection, e.g. due tue a failed assertion in a promise. Up
until now these assertions were just ignored.

When using promise hooks we can actually end up in capturing stack trace
with an async generator on the stack whose queue is empty, and we need
to gracefully handle that case as well.
