a8a432701f [tests] Cleanup tests that use assertOptimized()/assertUnoptimized(). 
This CL adds --crankshaft and --no-always-opt flags to the tests that use
assertOptimized() and assertUnoptimized() respectively.

This CL also adds presubmit checks that ensure that tests have the proper
flags set.

d1ddec7857 [tests] Make assertOptimized()/assertUnoptimized() great again. 
The mentioned asserts did not work properly with interpreted and turbofanned functions.

To fix this issue %GetOptimizationStatus() now returns a set of flags instead of a single value.

This CL also adds more helper functions to mjsunit, like isNeverOptimize(), isAlwaysOptimize(),
isOptimized(fun), etc.

dea9559457 Remove destructuring and default arguments runtime flags 
These flags have been on by default since version 4.9, which has been
in stable Chrome for over a week now, demonstrating that they're
here to stay.

Also moved the tests out of harmony/ and into es6/.

8a4a5bf9e0 Remove flags for ES2015 features shipped in M48 
This removes --harmony-completion, --harmony-concat-spreadable, and
--harmony-tolength and moves the appropriate tests from harmony/ to es6/.

b6596aa73b [es7] implement |do| expressions proposal 
Adds an implementation of "do expression" parsing (https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:MIGALjqPDNgJ:wiki.ecmascript.org/doku.php%3Fid%3Dstrawman:do_expressions+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us).

This feature provides a way to evaluate a block of statements within an expression context, producing the resulting completion value. This is very helpful for implementing certain language features via desugaring.
